I attended my first 12 Step Meeting on September 20, 2016, the Women’s Serenity Group of Alcoholics Anonymous. It was held at the Providence Presbyterian Church and was an open meeting for women only. My second 12 Step Meeting was a Narcotics Anonymous Meeting on September 30, 2016. This was an open meeting at Quail Hollow Presbyterian Church called Back to Basics. My third 12 Step Meeting was an open Al-Anon Meeting held at St Matthews Catholic Church on October 3, 2016. I was very apprehensive about going to a 12 Step Meeting. This was an unknown to me and out of my comfort zone. I was nervous because I did not know what to expect. I felt uncomfortable at the thought of going to a 12 Step Meeting. I thought I might know someone or someone might know me at the meeting. I didn’t want to invade anyones privacy nor did I want anyone to think I had a substance abuse disorder. Because I do not have personal experience with addiction my imagination was ramped comin g from movies and negative stereotypes . I imagined AA and NA Meetings to be filled with people that would look like the movie addicts, people with untidy appearances and borderline offensive hygiene with tobacco and coffee breath. I even imagined there would be a few people drunk or high and even a few swaying in their chairs. I then imagined an Al-Anon meeting filled with emotional mothers and fathers, distraught spouses and unstable children. The ADIs are developed by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) for greater supply of funds that are gained directly from the capital markets. The second Basel accord, Basel II, specially aims at reducing the market risk by encouraging sound banking practices. At last, Basel Accord III directs banks to maintain a minimum liquidity and equity ratio for preventing the occurrence of any financial crisis (Onyiriuba, 2015). Conclusion Thus, it can be summarized from the overall discussion held in the report that Reserve Bank of Australia plays a central role in regulating the monetary conditions in the country. Recommendations Thus, it can be recommended to the Reserve Bank of Australia on the basis of the overall discussion that it needs to make its monetary policy more effective by strengthening the economic growth of the country. The government of Australia is recommended to implement a fiscal policy in addition to monetary policy for promoting the growth of the banking sector. The RBA should develop a proper regulatory framework for protecting the impact of global issues on the economic growth of the Australia (Blanchard and Sheen, 2013). The fallout of Brexit is posing several challenges before the RBA and the Australian government to ensure the effectiveness of monetary policy and repairing the budget deficit. The low-interest rates is negatively impacting the business investment thus causing the decrease in tax revenue collected by the government. This is responsible for trade deficit in the country and thus the government of the country is recommended to adopt a strong fiscal policy for creating a match between tax revenue and expenditure (Canavan, 2016). Also, it should support the growth of ADIs industry in order to mitigate the liquidity and interest-rate risks as they do not have a direct exposure to euro economies as compared to that of banking sector. Adam Walsh's Killer Named After 27 Years The killer of a 6-year-old boy, whose death launched nationwide advocacy efforts for missing children and many other crime victims, was finally named 27 years later. Police say Adam Walsh was killed by Ottis Elwood Toole, who once confessed to the crime, but then later recanted. Toole, who confessed to dozens of murders, died in prison in 1996. Adam is the son of John Walsh, who turned the personal tragedy in his life to a tireless effort to help missing children and victims of crime. He co-founded the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and started the still popular television show Americas Most Wanted in 1988. Murder of Adam Walsh Adam Walsh was abducted from a mall in Hollywood on July 27, 1981. His severed head was found two weeks later in Vero Beach, 120 miles north of the mall. His body was never found. According to Adams mother, Reve Walsh, on the day that Adam disappeared, they were together at a Sears department store in Hollywood, Florida. She said that while he played the Atari video game with several other boys at a kiosk, she went to look at lamps a few aisles over.   After a short time, she returned to where she had left Adam, but he and the other boys were gone. A manager told Reve that the boys had argued over whose turn it was to play the game. A security guard broke up the fight and asked them if their parents were at the store. When he was told no, he told all the boys, including Adam, to leave the store. Fourteen days later, fishermen found Adams head in a canal in Vero Beach, Florida. The childs body was never found. According to the autopsy, the cause of death was asphyxiation. The Investigation A the beginning of the investigation, Adams father John Walsh was a prime suspect. However, Walsh was soon cleared. Years later investigators pointed the finger at Ottis Toole who was at the Sears store on the same day that Adam was abducted. Toole had been told to leave the store. He was later seen outside of the front entrance of the store. Police believe that Toole convinced Adam to get into his car with the promise of toys and candy. He then drove away from the store and when Adam began to get upset he punched him in the face. Toole drove to a deserted road where he raped Adam for two hours, strangled him to death with the seatbelt of the car, then cut off Adams head using a machete. Death-Bed Confession Toole was a convicted serial killer, but he also confessed to many murders that he had nothing to do with, according to investigators. In October 1983, Toole confessed to the murder of Adam, telling police he grabbed the boy at the mall and drove about an hour north before decapitating him.   Toole later recanted his confession, but a niece of his told John Walsh that on Sept. 15, 1996, from his death bed Toole admitted to the kidnapping and murder of Adam. For years we have asked the question, who could take a 6-year-old boy and decapitate him. We had to know. Not knowing has been a torture, but that journey is over, a tearful John Walsh said at a news conference today. For us it ends here. Walsh has long believed that Ottis Toole was the killer of his son, but evidence gathered by police at the time- carpet from Tooles car and the car itself- was lost by the time DNA technology was developed that could have linked the carpet stains to Adam Walsh. Over the years, there have been several suspects in the Adam Walsh case. At one time, there was speculation that serial killer  Jeffrey Dahmer may have been involved  in Adams disappearance. But the other suspects were eliminated by investigators over the years. Missing Childrens Act When John and Reve Walsh turned to the FBI for help, they discovered the agency would not become involved in such cases unless proof could be provided that an actual kidnapping had taken place. As a result, Walsh and others lobbied Congress to pass the Missing Childrens Act of 1982 which allowed police to become involved in missing children cases more quickly and created a national database of information about missing children.

Being a third child wasnt easy for Ender, because people around him always misunderstood or underestimated him, which caused problems in his relationships. In these situations, his sister, Valentine, was the only one who supported him. Throughout the book he faced many problems, mainly isolation. In these times he would look up to no one but her sister. Valentine always supported, cared and fought for Ender, and thats what made their relationship grow stronger. Since Valentine cares for Ender very much, she acts like Enders mother throughout the book. Whenever there is a fight between Ender and Peter, his older brother, Valentine is the one who brings the fight to an end just like a mother. They are both willing to forget a centuries old family feud that shapes their whole life in order to be committed to each other and this is clearly a strength. Even when Juliet finds out that Romeo has killed her cousin, although she is upset and distraught, she is willing to forgive him as her devotion to him is so strong. Another aspect which shapes Romeo and Juliets relationship is the feud. The feud is the main weakness throughout the play and it has great impact on the community in Verona. When a fight breaks out in the street it is clear where the citizens loyalties are: â€Å"The quarrel is between our masters and us their men† In Verona, everyone is forced to take sides even the employees. It is clear from this why Romeo and Juliet’s relationship would be a problem as the feud has such a strong grip on society that there is no way of them being together other than in secret. Another scene in which the power of the feud comes through is when everyone is discussing what must be the consequence of Romeo’s actions: â€Å"Romeo slew Tybalt. Romeo must not live† Lady Capulet’s harsh words are conveying how the feud makes everyone stand their ground and the idea of forgive and forget is not even considered. The feud is the reason for Romeo and Juliet’s poor relationship as their families are so hostile towards each other. The feud causes the division in their community and the separation of the two families. In the end, it is only after the death of both Romeo and Juliet, a huge sacrifice, that their families reconcile and agree to live in peace. Romeo and Juliet’s relationship is one that is powerful yet it is always plagued by the feud of their families. Shakespeare’s use of imagery and symbolism to convey their relationship is highly powerful and only intensifies the bond between them.

Warehouseman has the special powers of dealing with perishable and hazardous goods. He can take necessary action to remove the potentially hazardous goods. A warehouse receipt shall be a document of title to goods in writing if it contains receipt number, warehouse registration number, name and address of warehouse, date of issue of receipt, rates of storage and handling charges, market value of goods, description of goods, name of the insurance company securing against fire, flood, theft, burglary, riots, strikes or terrorism, whether the warehouse receipt is negotiable or non-negotiable etc. Any warehouseman who knowingly issues a receipt without taking the actual physical entry of goods in his warehouse is entitled for an imprisonment for a term which may extend to up to three years. Also if warehouseman issues a duplicate receipt then he is entitled to the same punishment. Whenever any offence is committed by a company under this Act, every person who was present at the time when the offence was committed shall be liable for the punishment accordingly. Warehouses should not just stock goods. It should also equip itself to receive goods, break shipments, and prepare for shipments. Warehousing industry is hampered by lack of capital and sufficient funding options are not available. Hence government should consider introducing tax holidays that might attract private equity players to the industry. The industry players will also do well to get listed on the secondary markets. Also the government should consider granting industry status to warehousing, which will improve the funding prospects. The bigger challenge for the industry would be to bridge the skill gap. This is because the major part of the industry is unorganized and there is deficit of industrial skills development centers in the country.
